Crown Shop Mount Question

In the crown shop, there are several mounts. In the stables, there are also several mounts.
One mount is ~11k while the others are ~40k.

At each mount maximum, is there a difference? Is the 11k Mount and the imperial the same as the 40k mounts at max 'level'?
What are the values of the in shop mounts? Are they the same as the 11k mount?

I like some of the cash shop mounts but if they are inferior to the 40k mounts, why would i want to get them? Has the way mounts level been changed or is it like I remember?

They are all the same. The 11k, the 47k and the shop horses. It depends on your riding skills but at amx level they are all the same

Its changed. You no longer feed mounts and instead get trained yourself.
At this point mount varieties are purely cosmetic and have identical base stats. So there is no point in a 40k mount unless you want to own everything.

Yeah, the riding skills apply to the player now not the mount, so if you are not bothered about the looks, just buy the cheapest mount. It will perform exactly the same as all the others.

Nope, no resetting, but it is not neccesary since you can skill out all three specs (your mount can now have all three together)
And the new limit is 60 for each skill

60 is the most you can get on any riding skill line

this changed with 1.6 when they added the collection system and the way riding skills work and are lvled.. now you can lvl all 3 to max.. before you had to choose for each mount how you leveled it with a limited amount of skill points for each mount
