The Fires of Dune bugged?

Heya! So! Been plowing the whole region, even helped the two sisters with their mane thing. Then I forgot that I had to do Dune aswell. So, off I go. And when I arrive, there is no queen to even start the quest as there should be. Tried relogs and everything.

How much of the Lunar Champions line (with the two sisters) have you done? I think that you need to do Moonmont's Motes in the Moonlight before you can start The Fires of Dune.
