Normal Crypt of Hearts not giving EXP.

So, I just completed Crypt of Hearts, at level 24 with it scaled to level 24, and no one in my group got EXP points for killing things. We are going to City of Ash to try to see if that dungeon has the same problem.
Edit: City of Ash is giving EXP.
