Did I get racially profiled because I'm a khajiit or something? I literally just lost ~60 stolen items and had to pay a bounty even though I had zero bounty listed on my character. Apparently guards are so OP now than they get to stop you and take your stuff even though you never failed at stealth or even had bounty. Upstanding status.
