Cyroidiil delves boss spawn timer

✭Only X bosses can be up at once per instance, and each has a 5, 12, or 15 min timer. (same timer for the whole instance tho, so if one boss is 5 mins repawn, the rest will be to)
So if the one boss you want is not up, it maybe cause X number of bosses are already up in that instance so yours will not spawn.

McDoogs✭✭✭✭Good way to spread out the pop i guess, everyone's waiting on stupid long spawn timers.
The AP bonus has a bad ROI for me today. 6 of us just sat around for 15 minutes as we lost chalman, and no bosses have spawned lol
