what make vampire so powerful??

Really like to know what make vampire so powerful? is it the drain? or the mist form? or the ultimate with terrible long cooldown?? or perhaps the passive?? have been vampire for two days and haven't notice any advantage for being one.. could someone please explain what is the benefit of being a vampire??

i know the downside is fire deal 50% more damage.. and health recovery decrease by 75%... and silver bullet will likely one shot me..

    Silver Bolts were nerfed, I don't think they will one shot anything now.

    Devouring Swarm helps a lot on healing when you're in a group of enemies and a few passive abilities helps.

    Vampire is good but not very powerful.

    They can use all their gear and weapons with their abilities . Their always a Vampire and can use vampire abilities anytime they want . That's great stuff . Werewolves get Hair growth , lose the ability to sneak . Grow 10ft tall so everyone can see Em coming like a freight train . Kinda sucks .

    yea but werewolf get to keep all normal skill along with ww skill with a single ultimate.... while vampire is just another skill line that take up your normal skill slot.. right?

    10% regen buff to magicka and stamina. 50% damage reduction when under 30% health. If you plan on doing any stealing. mist is great for getting away from guards. And as mentioned, Bats will keep you on your feet a bit longer in crowds.

    The downside: fire vulnerability was decreased to 40% in 1.6 but now feels like 75% - so stay really, really far away from the red circles on the ground, especially in Cyrodiil :P

    undeath only gets to 33% dmg mitigation now
