i just lost ~20 treasure maps

i didnt know letters expires after 1 month

and i just keeping 18-22 letters with treasure maps i bought on auction long ago

but they dissapear today
any chance of support team will recover them, or its just my fault?

i didnt noticed this little words in the corner - "Expires In:"

You can always ask Support. They're pretty nice about that stuff.

Well since you clearly didn't notice it I would maybe contact support and see if they can possibly return the item to you.

That sucks for you.

If they were from a guild store, it doesn't just show it in the corner of each mail, but also warns you when you buy the item, in a popup. I think they've done all they can to protect you.

But if they were mails from a person, rather than from they didn't just disappear, they went back to their original sender. In which case, they might resend if you ask nicely. I've had this happen myself - I send someone some stuff, they got it, 30 days later, I got it back. I messaged them and asked if they'd like the stuff again, they replied yes please, I resent it.

I probably had about 20 treasure maps at one time. I then destroyed them due to lack of bag space (every once in a while I go all midevil on my inventory when I am frustrated at the lack of bag space). Well, since then, I have found more than that many treasure maps.

It's not a big loss in the scheme of things.

Which reminds me, I have about 20 of these I need to go and do something with.........

This reminds me of a few days after launch. I was using NPC vendors to solve my inventory problems. So I sold an NPC about 50 purple and blue items intending to get them back through Buy Back. Well, my chosen NPC was apparently ahead of his time (i.e. way before Justice System) because everything was gone when I went to do a Buy Back. Support was very responsive. Called me back right away to tell me they feel my sadness but I was unfortunately SOL. Things happen, man.
