I am curious as to why ESO hasn't implemented two stat builds? Currently at VR14 you have to choose what do you want to do PvE or PvP. Based on which choice you make you setup your skills, CPs, armor sets, etc. Currently you are penalized if you gear and spec for one or the other and then try to play the opposite.
Currently I am spec'd and armored for full PvE DPS which completely gimps me when I try to PvP. Yet if I swap and respec and armor for PvP I am no longer effective for max level content in PvE.
I propose ESO implement a two build system so we can enjoy both worlds without have to spend coin and time(this the bigger factor) to respec to play one or the other. It would be similar to the dual weapon bars/skills but you would actually have skill/armor builds one and two. This would even be beneficial for those who want to tank and heal, tank and DPS, heal and DPS, etc.
