Bought ESO REtail box,upgrading very slow

REtail version started to upgrade to Tameirl edition, but now wants a CC or Paypal to subscribe and it says I already paid full at best buy.

Ranique✭✭✭✭I installed it two weeks ago. The speed was not stable. It started with bout 5% per hour and then boosted up to 70% per hour all of a sudden. But as with all games you need to download, it will take time.
The default installer on a retail version disk doesn't know yet that it is now sub-free. So just ignore. After the update is done, it should go away.
