That has been bothering me a lot too. Except my mount doesn't just stop on every rock, it just always randomly stops even if there is nothing on the ground.
A fix to this would be much appreciated. c:
Also loading screens every time I do finally get to run fast. But I guess that's partly my slow internet and pc. ^^;
But still, both these things kinda make speed feel useless, as you either lose it from random stopping mounts every few seconds or loading screens. x.x0
