Hello everyone! Quick question. How long do you / did you have to be a subscriber to receive the Tiger Mount. I have repurchased the game before it was released and only have unsubscribed for maybe two or three months. (To my recollection). Just wondering if their is a way to contact ZOS about it and or figure out if I qualify. Thank you for your time!

I think it was 300 days of paid sub. Just submit a ticket and have them review your paid time.

300 paid subscription days and an active account when March 16th hit.

F2P, B2P, etc. are valid, proven business models - but subscription is the one that fits ESO the best, given our commitment to freedom of gameplay, quality and long-term content delivery. Plus, players will appreciate not having to worry about being "monetized" in the middle of playing the game, which is definitely a problem that is cropping up more and more in online gaming these days. The fact that the word "monetized" exists points to the heart of the issue for us: We don't want the player to worry about which parts of the game to pay for - with our system, they get it all."

I think you need a year or maybe it's 9 months. 300 days Anyway, only those who were continuously subscribed since release got the tigger mount. The rest of us have to wait for that amount of time to show up on our paid accounts.

Negative Nestor. You needed to have the 300 days prior to March 16th and an active subscription once that date arrived. If you did not meet those requirements, you will never have a chance to get that exact mount. There will most likely be different senche mounts that will arrive in the cash shop but never again will the striped senche be handed out.

Yup. Senche Tiger was a one-time release, but there will different coloured Senche in the Crown shop eventually.

300 days paid time whether past or going forward, hence why everyone was buying game time cards before the deadline.

    Hey there everyone,

To clarify, the information that was posted in the Road Ahead article is correct.

You must have paid for 300 days of game time prior to March 16th in order to qualify for the mount.
The 300 days of paid time does not need to elapse prior to March 16th.
This time does not need to be consecutive.
The 30 days of game time that were included with the initial game purchase do not count towards the mount
Days compensated by customer support also do not count.
You must be an active subscriber when the game transitions to Tamriel Unlimited on March 17th

And if you didn't make the deadline you'll have to wait for crown store ones.

Thanks for the correction. However that is still basically being continuously subbed since release, since the first month was free.

Still negative. You could have unsubbed for long periods, as long as you had 300 days of *paid* game time before March 16th. So you could have only, say, 240 days of active subscription, but if you had 60 days remaining on your current sub, or if you'd bought 60 days' worth of game time cards, you'd still qualify.
