Character Sheet, Can we get more details and tool tips?

Currently not all buffs display and the ones that do, some don't have a tooltips. For example, Spell Shield, wth does that do? Additionally I still cannot see my Nord or Dunmer racial ice and fire passives, respectively, on the sheet, and they also don't display when you use a detailed character sheet add-on.
