Potions bugging out !!

I searched but didn't see anything else on the potions topic except new xp potions or whatever. If I missed it cause I was lazy and only looked at the first page then I'm sorry.
But potions are seriously grinding my gears.
A couple of times a night I get to a point where I press my potion button. It doesn't work. I spam it. It still doesn't work. I stop everything but auto attacking. Still doesn't work. I stop all dps and it STILL DOESNT WORK. Magicka drains. Poor dps. Health drains. Death ensues.
Is this happening to anyone else? Is it an add on? How can I or someone else fix this?

✭✭Ey man I got so glad I didn't even read all your post. I have post about it, its called something: need to stop to get a drink. I tested this out an I have same problem with crafted tripods but not with regular pick up pots. try that and sos plxz fix asap DSA I NEED MASTERS BOWPC, EU server, Ebonheart Pact

Hopefully the more griping about it they see the more likely they are to fix it atleast. It does appear to be an invisible unknown cooldown of some sort. Bc I'll give up and try some time later and then it'll randomly work.
