Can we toggle between staff animations?

So, both destruction staves and healing staves got new animations recently, and I personally prefer the Restoration one over the Destruction one, but I usually use Destruction staves for DPS purposes. I hope that ZOS adds in the ability to toggle between the two types of animations, because they are both amazing, but I would rather have the restoration one for destruction purposes.
