Anyone else having issue with not recieving what they buy when from guild station?

Sorry, not sure what the correct name for it, but the ones where you search for items and you can buy it if you want to. Well I did, but I never recieved it in my inventory? Is it just me being a noob and it goes somewhere else or..?

its in your mail, that's where the guild store items are sent
Relog to clear your mail.
Sometimes, dunno why, it may take 20 minutes to get something, regardless of relogging.

It goes to your mail. Sometimes instantly, sometimes after a minute or two, sometimes after you use a WS and sometimes after you relog.

Also, I'm guessing you might be new, so hi, and how did you find the experience of finding what you wanted to buy?

... and sometimes it goes to your mail that you open on the wrong character, thus forcing you to play silly buggers with the account wide bank. I mean, really, what *** thought making these things account wide was a good idea, eh?

Thanks guys for the quick answers I didn't recieve a mail last night, but after looking around a while, I logged of and went to bed. I feel kind of silly now for not checking before I wrote this. ( I have actually had the game since it was released ) but never bought anything from the trading stations. I kind of keep to myself, but trying to find a good guild, and maybe I can ask them silly questions from time to time

Why are you forced to playing Bank-go-Round? If you log in with a character that you don't want the item you purchased to have it, then leave it in your mail and log in with the character you do want it to go to. No need to use the bank at all.

Porting to a different zone always does the trick for me. Not that that's always convenient.

This is the quickest option I've found though it all depends on how long you get stuck on a loading screen.

Because I was daft enough to detach the attachment on the wrong char. My own fault I know but I'd forgotten that all my toons have the same mailbox, because like they're different characters in different alliances and it makes no sense, given the "war" themes it's like Churchill and *** sharing a postbox.

Edited to add; The name of the leader of the axis powers in WWII is censored? Weird.
