Paying for EXP makes you functionally stronger.

Being a specific race only matters if you made a bad race/class combo.

More XP gives more CP and CP gives huge amounts of power. Buying more cp is paying for advantage, which is the very definition of p2w.

If you are paying money for ingame advantage, you are p2w player. I don't mind being one myself but I do mind when people claim buying for more power is not p2w because it is and I will buy more power If possible. Bohoo cry more while I bash your head with my bought powers

This topic is a dead horse already as there already a dozen threads on this topic, not sure why another one was needed, but with that said...

It will take you years to get to 3600 CP with or without XP boosts. Using them only gets you there faster than not using them. I don't think you understand what p2w really is. When ZoS adds the "Sword of 1000 Truths" to the store, we can talk.

Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
    Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.

Also when you buy the xp pot you arent buying xp. You still have to go out and earn the xp. Race change in my opinion would be too difficult to code into the game.

    Very good point.

As for Race and Gender change, I say stick people with their choices. I have seen race changes in other games and it never works out well.

People can delete and create new character on the character screen any time they want to change race, gender or faction. People don't want to lose the xp they acquired. The real issue is that a characters xp is not account based, and for good reason.

You have no idea what you are talking about and clearly no clue what p2w means. Let me educate you because I know about this topic, unlike you.

Champion system is not meant to be maxed out. It means nobody will get to the end faster than someone else. This is the case with games with level cap, but ESO does not have one. Your rambling about someone getting to end faster is just BS and clearly talks of someone who does not know what the champion system is about, endless progression.

Now back to the p2w because you dont know what that means either. P2w is a mechanic where you gain more power by paying real world money. Xp pots in endless power progression system are clear p2w-mechanic. It is a fact and anyone saying otherwise is simply wrong. ESO has a clear textbook example of what the p2w is. Sub+xp potion both give permanent boost to power and are both p2w mechanics. I will be using both but me using them won't make them any less p2w.

In a way xp boosts in endless progression system is MUCH worse than selling simply gear. Getting the best gear possible will take only few months while CP can be gained forever. 100 cp will boost your power MORE than any gear ever could. Yes, gear in cash shop are p2w too but xp boosts in the game like this is WAY WAY worse. If you think gear in cash shop would be p2w then there is no reason to think buying more CP(which are better than gear) is not.

If someone buys something from the game store and runs around Cyrodiil and is virtually un-killable - that is P2W. Because he had to purchase something to make his character more powerful than everyone else. It gives him an unfair advantage over those that do not purchase such an item and are at a distinct disadvantage. If they met face to face, the person who did not purchase the item would be unable to beat the person who did purchase the item even if he had the best of everything obtainable in game. Unless the other guys connection just totally lags out, there's no way the guy who didn't buy the item can win. Thus, you are forced to buy the item from the game store in order to compete against them. That is Pay to Win.

Otherwise it's just some convenience items.
