This addon has not been updated in a while. I am hoping someone will take it over and keep it updated.

Right now it uses " < >" arrows to guide you to the direction you need to turn to face the group leader. I think it would be better if it worked like the needle in a round compass so that it always points toward north (group leader) and grew in length based on your distance to the group leader. This would provide more precise feedback than the distance between < >.
