Let me preceed everything by saying ZOS is one of the more interactive companies out there. You guys appear to remain more involved in your player community than many other companies, something easily overlooked when people get upset. At this point, it is fairly evident that frustrations with PvP are increasing. There is a festering attitude among the PvP community that ZOS doesn't care, or doesn't care enough. This is a plea to see that notion reversed.
Can we have an hour of your time? Whatever you had scheduled for this week's ESO Live, pospone it. I understand that next week is your 1 year anniversary. This weeks episode may have had some celebratory theme with reviews and look aheads in respect to that. If that is the case, perhaps it is best delayed for the following episode? It may further alienate some of your playerbase.
One hour (or more if you're feeling generous). Just acknowledge that you hear us. Take a moment to reflect on where Cyrodiil began, how it's changed, and where you see it heading. Talk about the elephant(s) in the room, lag, exploits, bugs. Hell, nerd out, show us charts and metrics, show us pictures of the Mega Server. Address some of the questions that rise here in the forums, on Reddit, in Twitch chat. Give us more than "We'll look into it.". Show us things you've tried, even if it didn't work out, at least we'll be the wiser for it. Just today another post was made where a guild took it upon themselves to troubleshoot lag performance, clearly you've got player community willing to help you address these issues. Datamining exposed some of your future PvP plans, perhaps you should review that in more depth, even if you've not polished it up, still talk about it, give us something more on it.
Obviously the PvP community in this game is significantly eclipsed by the PvE folks, and that's okay. However, we've all seen the population rise since March 17th, I'm sure you'd like to see those numbers continue to grow. (What business wouldn't?) Maybe do us a solid this one time around? We've been here since last year.
