@ZOS Please Make Changes On A Smaller Scale

@ZOS @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_BrianWheeler . title says it all. I've never seen a company balance the way ZOS does - you continue to go from one extreme to another. You are better off making a change that isn't enough, rather than over doing it. We need to stop seeing statements such as, "significantly increased", "increased the damage of x by 50%". I know you redesigned the mechanics of the game.. but let's try to stop going from one extreme to another. Please be conservative on the extent of your balance changes.

    I think you should focuse on exploiters. A trial is a 12 man dungeon. It is those people tha went is as a party of 2 that ruined such a good addition to the game in my opinion.

    Regardless, suggestion for ZOS is to require completion for the trial to get the bonus XP. My guild do Trials testing where we test tactics and do not neccessarily feel the need to complete the trial. Remember that many guilds do this also so it is neccessary to tie in the bonus XP to Trial Completion, such as killing the last boss, rather than just the mobs.

    1.6/2.0 is a massive rebalance of the game. They've been working hard on this for quite a long time.

    If they determine a particular change was too extreme, it can always be finessed.

    I acknowledged that there was a massive rebalance/redesign. But they still have a history of making extreme changes even when not doing a complete overhaul. My suggestion is to be more conservative with changes - make the change, but I don't see patch notes of, "increased x by 5%" enough, I see too many "Increased x by 40%"

    They are constantly saying that they want to avoid making too dramatic and potentially game-breaking changes, and prefer to take small steps to find the sweet spot. Sadly, most of the changes they have done since launch have been the complete opposite of that.

    Every mmo I have ever played the dev's never seem to not find that middle of the road button, they swing from to little to much, I always wondered why they do not start of adding in increments until they get I right.
