Nightblade: Give this class a class shield
Sorcerer: Ball of Lightning: allow only one spell absorption ball to be active at the time
Dragonknight: Make Meteor unreflectable by the reflective scales
Templar: give this class a mass cc ability.

Shieldstacking: Make the stronger shield overwrite the weaker one instead of stacking.
May knowledge guide you to enlightenment

NB: Mirage, while not a true shield, still gives 20% chance to dodge incoming damage for 26 seconds. Damage avoided is damage mitigated.

Sorc: BoL ball lasts 5 seconds and is stupid expensive to cast the 2nd time. Also leaves a nice trail of breadcrumbs indicating where to find said Sorc.

DK: While absurd that a Meteor can be reflected, I don't even care if they leave this in. Reflective Scales should already be active at the time, though. This BS of seeing that you're tagged with Meteor, counting to three, and still having time to cast scales and not eat the damage, is ridiculous. Reflective should give a reasonable percentage chance, not 100%. The percentage chance could even start at 100% and lower over time, making timing more a factor than a simple button press.

Templar: There are already separate skills that: knockback, stun, disorient, set off balance, snare, healing debuff, armor debuff, and reflect. You wish to add CC to that list? Which of these do you propose it to replace?

Shield Stacking: Each has its own purpose and is presently considered reasonable or they would be changing it. Diminshing returns on additional shields (losing 50% effect each time for like shields, for instance) (Meaning LA shield would not take a hit from physical damage shields or vice versa.) What you propose would simply lead to higher initial shield values.

You also missed adjustment of Armor Class to 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 between LA, MA, HA vice the 1/4, 3/4, 4/4 currently in place. Also, reduction of Spell resist for higher armor classes, as they provide higher physical protection, with higher Spell resist for LA, as it provides lower physical protection.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

honestly reflective scales should not reflect many spells, as it makes no sense.
