Crown Store addition request/suggestion: Physique/facial hair editor

Hey Zenimax,

I like the new changes you have brought to the game, including the crown store. However, there don't seem to be that many things I REALLY want from the crown store.

Do you guys/gals have any plans for adding a character remodeling kit to the crown store? Something that would allow you to change your character's physical build or facial hair. Nothing too crazy like race changes, but something that would allow you to adjust your character in case something looks different in endgame gear as compared to what you saw in the character editor.

I would buy that without hesitation for some of my characters, and I know many other people would.

Seriously.... what is up with a couple people lately asking left and right to be forced to pay real cash for things that should have been in this game already?

I'll give you my honest answer. I don't think Zenimax is a company that can afford to add these kinds of additions to the game anymore. Yeah, it should already be in the game. But it isn't. And you can tell they are putting all their effort into the console release of the game, which will likely bomb. They even said they will be slowing down on releasing new content after the game goes B2P, and they were already releasing content/updating/bug fixing at a snail's pace, from my perspective. I mean, I'm STILL seeing NPC faces bug out every single day, and it is a year out from release. That seems crazy to me, and gives off this amateur vibe from the company. I never got this vibe when playing GW2 and WOW.

So even something like this, which seems like it would be such a minor addition they could just put into one, minor update (although I'm not a coder, so this is entirely a presumption), seems like too much for them to handle, and would be put on the backburner.

So people, like myself, ask for it to at least be something you can pay for, because then, maybe Zenimax will be more likely to implement it.

tl;dr: lack of confidence in Zenimax to add a minor addition when they have so many other priorities and what seems like limited coding power, maybe $$ will sway them.

Don't we already have a lot of suggestions for that? Yea people want to change their appearance. And i think they already said it would be delivered.
Kind of like a barbershop.
All i want to change maybe is my hair, otherwise i'm happy with my char.
