hello elder scrolls community, it's nice to be back. i took a bit of a hiatus from ESO, mostly because of real life reasons, but also a little bit of of a lacking endgame experience.

but now i'm back and i dont know what i am supposed to be doing with myself...

the veteran system - it's still ingame, but i hear it's being removed, which honestly i am grateful for, as although i like the idea of being able to do all 3 factions main storylines, i was not keen on the idea of needing to clear cadwells silver and gold in order to proceed to craglorn/trials.

whilst i understand craglorn can be entered at VR1, is it not tuned for groups of VR10+ players? i had a poke around the other day and got my face eaten. probably serves me right for playing a 2h dps templar.

personally, my main, is VR11 (thanks to grinding anomalies in craglorn back when that was a thing). i've just finished cadwells silver and have just started cadwells gold. whilst i dont mind a bit of questing, the loot is a long way behind what i'm looking for.

so should i be looking for a group to do craglorn with? trying to solo as much as i can? or wait for vet levels to be removed?
what about dungeons? worth running more than once? what about loot and crafted gear - where should i be headed?

trials - 12 man - vr14? or can i try and get a group as a VR11? i've just seen the info about the xp buffs for trials, i just dont know if i'm actually eligible to do them.

craglorn delves - soloable? or group needed?

so yea... kinda lost with what i should do and where i should be going, should i try and finish cadwells grind to gold, which will easily make me VR14 and then tackle craglorn? or should i just head straight there and try to find a group? (i dont want to be carried, i want to carry my own weight)

when i first started playing, pvp was massive, loads of people, epic battles, great fun. now, very few people, very few battles, 1 organised army ripping the rest to shreds with things like coordinated meteor strikes, that obliterated me in half a second on a keep wall. wheres the popular battlegroups? where's the massive hordes meeting each other on the battlefield? does this stuff still occur or is it rare occurence on a weekend?

it seems a lot has changed since i was last here (most of it for the better) but i could really use an endgame guide for all things VR1+

thanks in advance you lovely community you

also - what class/specs are topping the charts atm?

do we know what will happen with the VR revamp?

does the champion system have a point cap? whats the best way to earn champion XP? - it also seems to be acount wide, so i assume i can earn it on alts as well...?

dk tanks, dk dds(stam nbs are doing well too) and dk healer become more prevelent than ever but temps are still slightly more wanted in this regard.

no date published jet and i would not bet to many coins on it to happen ever...

chamsystem 3600 points which is an equivalent of ~1440 vetranks, xp is gained as allways killing stuff and doing quests, to gain xp for it with alts they have to be vet1

spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused

I can cover the pvp part. Back in the day pvp campaigns suported several thousand players and hundreds of player on screen at once. It was trury epic as you said. Massive battles all over the map. This game had the best pvp action in the whole world.

After each update performance started to get worse for some reason so they started to lower population cap regularly after every update. To this day performance has been getting worse after every update and it will likely continue to do so and ZoS has no idea why.

Currently population caps are so low that all campaigns only have enough players for a one single fight on the entire map and the game can't even handle that anymore. The days of epic battles all over map are long gone and pvp can support only a few people before it starts lagging. A shame really... Pvp used to be super fun

ok, so from what i gather, i essentially need to:

    finish cadwells gold
    wait for the VR revamp
    start a fresh toon

    pvp is dead
craglorn isn't solo'able, so i should probably find a guild. but it depends on your spec
    no word on trials

i'd love to get some insight on what upcoming plans are
