In game tickets?

Hey Guys,

I've submitted some ingame tickets for some assistance due to an account issue, Now i know this can take sometime to be resolved however i'm worried that the fact that normally you get email confirmations that the ticket has been received....you get given a reference number and all that stuff.

but i haven't i've checked my spam emails and nothing is there, I'm more confused as of how they're going to contact me.

any ideas anyone?

    they will answer your in question in an email
    but no you dont get confirmation mails
    i dont really like that system but i always got an answer :D

    Adding to @DaClaus comments, currently CS are saying it's taking 3-5 days to deal with ticket so you may be in for a bit of a wait @Ryzo.
