Been having an issue as a of a few patches ago where I notice an odd "pop" to textures. I can go up to NPCs or other players and everything is fine, high res and the textures are crisp... and then they immediately load the lower quality versions, pop over to medium the, finally re-load back to high ress. This seems somewhat consistent (and it doesn't happen all the time) but it's rather jarring visually, and I can't imagine it's great for performance when the person you're standing next to unloads all the textures, then cycles through low-med-high again.
