Purchased Items From Guild Store & The Mail Box....WHY? >...>

When I purchase an item from the guild store it dose not show up right away and in fact if I want to get it right after I purchased it I must log off then back on to see it in the mail box. Sorry but that is completely stupid and a hassle that should not be!!! I have always hated guild stores from the start for many valid reasons but this just adds to the severe hassle of what they are already. I think that items you purchase from guild stores should automatically drop to your inventory the second you buy it. Why it was designed to go to mail box is beyond me. The guild stores them self's are a serious pain in the ars already and this flaw just adds to something that in my opinion should have never been done in the first place! Lets say that the items you buy instantly drop to your mail the second you buy them, then why should I have to go through the extra step of going to my mail box? Do you wait for things you buy in a store to be delivered to you when you have the item in hand? Of course not, that would be completely stupid. Well, as it is in real so shall it be in game.

I'm glad for those that love the guild store system and thats cool but they do need to fix this issue with the guild stores & the mail box!

Depends on the item in question. Furniture, mattresses, anything that needs to be installed/assembled...yep, I will wait for the store to deliver. More convenient.

That being said, aside from the flawed analogy - I do want the delay bug fixed. I don't care if it goes to my mailbox or not (I'm fine with that), but would like them to show up properly without having to log out and back in. I've just gotten used to it, it's been there since Beta and figure there are likely far more important issues in the pipeline and that this is firmly in the backlog column for now.

Would be nice to see it fixed, but its such a small problem. Items are not lost and, in my experience, it only happens at high pop times. Not wanting to push it aside, but it is a small issue that can be left for bigger balance/bugs.

I agree about the bugged mail, it's a pain in the butt and needs to be fixed. Instead of logging off, just wayshrine to a different zone and your mail should appear in your inbox

Doesn't the delay have something to do with blocking the gold spammers that were prevalent at launch? At one time I was regularly receiving annoying in-game mail from these people.
