Why are most Pickpocked Items Bind-on??

Maintenance for the week of March 31:

I don't get it? You can launder anything you can steal; BUT you can only sell clothes! I want to sell and trade rare stolen items. What is the down side to being able to do so?

Being able to sell, trade, guild bank, these items would open up the possibility for better RP and guild events. (and just be fun).

    How, all I ever see people do with those items is make annoying emotes that would hinder RP. They items were added to sell and have flavor text that could be laugh -worthy. More clothes is the better option.
