I recently came back to ESO. I no longer see the magelight ball when I cast the spell. Was this animation removed or is my game not playing the animation for some reason?

Tidezen✭✭There is an option in settings to turn the ball on or off, they just added it in 1.6. Right now it is buggy and will randomly turn on or off when going through loading screens.0
