Sprint cost - percentage or fixed?

Is the stamina cost of sprinting based on a percentage of your total stamina, or is it a fixed value? Same question applies to rolling, although I assume the answer would be the same.

✭✭✭Pretty sure it's a fixed value that likely scales with level. If you have more stamina you can sprint longer.
