Hey folks!
Returning player here...having a tough time jumping right into things on my VR3 character...lots of changes, respecs and all that. So I thought playing on one of my lower level characters would ease me back in a little more gently. So I'm looking for a build for my Nightblade, he's also a vampire. Race is Imperial. My primary focus is PvE, mostly solo, but the ability to do dungeons helps. PvP viability is a plus, but not required.
