No dye station in Devon's Watch?

If we don't get a dye station in our 'starter place' how come others do? Is there something I'm missing?

✭✭✭There is one per zone, and the one in stonefalls is in Ebonheart. Why there and not devons watch who knows. But the rule of thumb is one a zone.0 -

✭✭A better question may be, why no bank in Ebonheart ?So they raised the floor and lowered the ceiling. Except the ceiling has spikes in it now and the floor is also lava.0
