Alright I see everybody thought on this.
Pros
+helps people who do not have the time to play the game much to catch up to people who do
+helps level up faster to reach end game
+helps Zos make money so that this game can flourish
Cons
- Not fair for people to spend money to get xp pots because this would help people level up champion points
- Champion points is effective by xp and champion points make you stronger
- exploiters are going to exploit this and make there self more powerful
So far there are two big sides to this game.
Players who do not have the time but and can see the convenience for them so they can stay competitive
and Players who do have the time but do want the game to become pay 2 win.
Now I understand people who fear the idea of pay 2 win but there is just one problem. You cannot stop exploiters from exploiting. You have two resources here money and time. You can go to gold sites and pay money to get your character to level up, gain convenience items, more gold, and to gain more champion points. This is going to happen even without Zos making these xp pots available.
Now I would not mind the idea as long as I can have a choice of spending crown points or playing the game to get them because I rather let Zos get my money to improve this game than a gold site but if I really wanted to get stronger than another player but do not have the time. I can easily pay these gold sites to get a advantage.
Until I see concrete evidence on how they put these xp pots in the game there is really no point in being rile up about this topic.
