That said, there's already plenty of fan videos out there on youtube, and there's twitch streamers as well. WoW has the same type of EULA an there are plenty of fan submitted videos and parodies out there using their brand. If they truly cared to enforce it, they would. It's free advertising for them, and as long as you're not trying to break copyright laws with it, you're good in most cases.

But didn't wow put in a specific clause in their Eula giving players consent automatically for posting videos on YouTube ? I didn't see that option after reading ESOs Eula
