I'm not a lawyer but I learned a lot about it through the California Department of Corrections and your Eula is frightening . According to it we can't legaly post fan videos , show any personal stuff or basicly do anything without invoking the possibility of heavy handed wrist slapping . Even fan art without permission has legalities . As a semi reformed law abiding citizen with minimal parol time pending , is there any way to write in a clause for fan stuff and videos ? Or do we need to ask permission and get legal permission every time first ?

EULAs are a very loose contract of sorts. They don't override state and federal law, as quite a few games have found out since being sued for changing original terms of purchase and then trying to restructure the original terms without purchaser consent.

That said, there's already plenty of fan videos out there on youtube, and there's twitch streamers as well. WoW has the same type of EULA an there are plenty of fan submitted videos and parodies out there using their brand. If they truly cared to enforce it, they would. It's free advertising for them, and as long as you're not trying to break copyright laws with it, you're good in most cases.

But didn't wow put in a specific clause in their Eula giving players consent automatically for posting videos on YouTube ? I didn't see that option after reading ESOs Eula

    Hey there @Roechacca,

Here's a link to the Bethesda Video Policy, which contains the answers to your questions about fan videos for Bethesda games. ESO is included within this policy.

There's nothing in the EULA that states you cannot make fan videos or stream. You can't alter the code or content of the game or claim that this is your source material and try to resell it. That's about it. If you do a basic youtube search or google search for that matter, you get a slew of videos and streamers as well. Also, there's a clause in the EULA that basically forbid altering the customization of the game which would rule out add-ons, but ESO fully supports and encourages add-ons, provided they don't alter the game play.

Again, this is a template contract.
