It will randomly go from full speed to full stop.

Unless of course you accidentally aggro something in which case it always stops.

    The horse does this too now.
    Very noticeable in cyrodiil on a long ride.
    Sometimes becomes geriatric and cant make it up the steps either.

    Mine went lame on a small patch of Lady's Smock......... She was a fine horse.....

    it happens with all the mounts, all my mounts have 20+ speed, is it possible that they are getting tripped up on items not yet loaded on screen?
    There is nothing here of interest to any nations; as a matter of fact, there is nothing here but people.

    All mounts have this bug.

    Didn't ZoS say they introduced mechanics to make riding over small objects a little better than previously when your mount would just dead stop at a pebble. They clearly need to tweak it though.
