I am really enjoying the crafting system. it's a lot of fun, but the amount of materials is overwhelming for storage. The system itself needs to be streamlined. There needs to be a crafting material storage tab that can store 100 (250 would be ideal, with increments of 250 more available for crowns up to a total of 1000, but you get 250 to start off with when the feature is implemented) of an item. As it stands now, I have alts that are just for extra storage. I have to log on to each of these, go to the bank and withdraw the items. Why not just implement crafting material storage? That way you don't disrupt the flow of game play. The last thing I want to do when I am out questing is have to stop, go to a wayshrine, run to a bank and deposit a bunch of stuff. Why not have a hotkey that allows you to deposit all raw crafting materials into a crafting material storage tab from anywhere in the game world? It could be account bound so that any character on the account could craft from it.
I am really surprised at how in-depth the crafting features are in this game, but they are coupled with archaic systems in terms of ease of use and also convenience. I don't want to have to stop doing what I am doing to run to the bank. I don't want to have to use characters as mules with unneeded interruptions to my game play by having to switch characters frequently. I love crafting and I love the questing in this game. Should I have to interrupt that constantly because my inventory is constantly filling up with crafting materials? A button on the inventory page marked "Store Crafting Materials" could automatically deposit all those into the storage. What would be the drawback to such a feature? I free up room so I can keep playing what I am playing at the moment and it allows me to craft later when I feel like crafting.
Thanks for your time.
