Sorry, this may be a stupid question (I'm new and learning 
), but are Racial and Armor passives worth it? I'm currently a lvl 9 Breton Sorc with Skill Points to spare, and I was thinking about adding them to those 2 Skill Lines but the bonuses seem a bit underwhelming. So should I grab (all of) them, a certain few or none?
