Addon which enables/disables prevent autoattack civilians

Is there any addons which swaps between enabling and disabling 'prevent autoattack civilians' and can be bound to a key?

I need one to stop dying in banks.
End the tedious inventory management game.

    Indeed, it the settings (gameplay i think) there's an option to make it so you cant attack civilians in the slightest.

    It is.. but you can't bind it to a key for quick toggle. Hence the request for an addon.

    Every single time I interact with a vendor or bank I run the risk of accidentally clicking and attacking. I see it happen all the time. Just go stand in any bank and watch for a few minutes. You'll see the accidental light attacks happen.

    Because the OP doesn't want to open his settings every time he walks into a town to do business? I'm not saying I agree for the need, rather it seemed clear by his wording, that he knows the option is there but doesn't want to open menus.
