Ultimate generation freezes in pvp while blocking

I am a tanky pvper and ever since 1.6 launched my ultimate generation will stop randomly whenever I am blocking until i relog . This is as annoying and debilitating as the indicator bug and to make matters wose sometimes when I relog I will have the indicator bug then I relog again and I get the ulti generation bug. It's a vicious cycle please ZOS be aware and fix this.
