Fleshy Symbiont?

Has anyone looted one of these trophies since 1.6? I've been farming flesh atronachs for a few days now and haven't seen one. I may just be very unlucky, but with the mobs getting new skins since 1.6, I can't help but be a little paranoid.

I have not, but I'm curious: where are you farming them? I've been trying to remember a good spot to do this, and I've been drawing a blank.

I don't remember the quest - it was many moons ago. There are alot of worm cultists around, but enough dps solves most problems.

I've the very same problem and even am grinding at the same location. I must have slain about 1200 Atronachs by now and have not seen a sinlge Symbiont by now. I did the three other atronachs before and those came relatively fast, so I've been wondering if there's something wrong or I'm just terribly unlucky.

I'm probably in the 1200 to 1500 range as far as kills go.

I sent in a bug report but it would be nice to get someone at ZOS to let us know if it's working so we could work on something else until it's fixed.

No, but considering it took me forever to get a Chattering Skull while I was running places like Skyreach Catacombs and Halls of the Dead (with different toons) and my friends were practically getting them by the dozen, I'm not surprised.

saw one just dropped now running through village of the lost . just completed the achievements many months ago , though so it's no use to me . Point being I've farms over 4000 for some monster before i get their collectible (ahem bears and spiders for me......).

Patience is key. Keep trying.

Same for me. Chattering Skulls are by far the trophies that drop the most for me, even on alts.
Probably it's just some mysterious account thing, about drop rates with those kind of things...

If anyone has found a Fleshy Symbiont at Abamath since 1.6 please post here. I've farmed 1,000's of flesh atronachs over the last couple weeks at Abamath and no drop. This drop feels broken to me, the longest drop since 1.6 on other collectibles has only been about 4 days for me, most much quicker than that. This is the only one I lack and I don't mind grinding it out for a while I don't want to keep wasting my time if this drop has been broken by recent patches.

I've done about another thousand since I last posted here. No drop.

I've run a LOT of vet dungeons (150+) since my last post, many Flesh Atronachs killed in those, still no Fleshy Symbiont. Pretty sure this drop is broken or its drop rate is something ridiculous like 1 in a billion.

I've noticed that the groups of random enemies that drop from the sky will sometimes have a Flesh Atro, but it is the original design and not the new one. I wonder if only the old atro's drop it, I just spent 5 hours @ Abamath, got an entire CP (205xp per atro) w/o enlightenment. Still no trophy

I have been trying i think for the last 3 months The drop rate on the collectibles is completely BS i understand there suppose to be a grind but some of these things DO NOT DROP

This is definitely one of those achievements where the progress should be across characters. Getting all the drops is mind-numbing.

I've killed 3900 flesh atronachs since 1.6 and I've got zero collectible drop.
I had a lot of others drops, but something is quite wrong with the fleshies and the collectible drop.

I've killed thousands of skeletons before and had zero of its drop. I've found 10 while not farming them at all and killed 500-600 since 1.6

I've asked for help here, asked for help in customer support and wrote bug reports.
ZOS gave me absolute zero feedback. And I couldn't find a player who got fleshies drop since 1.6

1.6 is 1 month old... I've been playing since early access and have yet to see most collectibles drop. Specifically frost and storm atronachs, which I've farmed and killed by the thousands in Spellscar and that area of Reaper's March with all the atronachs.

The collectibles achievement is a lottery and a source of frustration. It's everything it shouldn't be. Still, I'd rather see it fixed than made account-wide. I like that achievements are linked to the character that actually earned them.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Do you think we could get someone to look at this ? i dont have any evidence other than the fact that i know i have killed an army worth of these things and have yet to see it drop.

This is so bugged. Last trophy i need and I killed loads but no drop.... Both in Malabal Tor and Village of the Lost. An offical reply from Zenimax would be nice.

Keep in mind that for a large part of that time collectibles didn't drop period.

That place just has fire, frost, and storm atronachs doesn't it? I didn't think there were flesh atronachs there, but I could be remembering wrong.

Nope, I already got my fleshy symbiont. But the frost and storm atronach collectibles, which are the only ones I actively tried to farm, never dropped in thousands of kills there.

And you're right, I didn't even remember that although the achievement was there, the collectibles only started dropping with 1.4 or 1.5, I think.

I suggest that everyone makes a bug ticket for this issue. Hopefully they will address it
