Help Setting up a PVE/Leveling DK

Hi I have a V3 DK and I am trying to figure out a good build for leveling and survivability. I do not know if I should be set up as a Tanker player or lean more towards DPS. I am currently set up as a mage which is having mixed results. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm most experienced as a DK tank, so in case you choose to go down that path, I'll gladly provide tips for it:

For lvling, I used s&b/resto in all heavy. I wore 5pc Hist Bark/3-4pc seducer/random arcane-enchanted jewelry pieces (random jewelry until I could get to v14 where I'd have much better gear). I focused quite a bit into both magicka and health, with a little into stam. Now that my DK is v14, I'm successfully using the following setup:

Sabatons - v14 - Seducer - Reinforced - Magicka
Girdle - v13 - Footman - Exploration - Health
Cuirass - v14 - Seducer - Reinforced - Health
Helm - v14 - Seducer - Reinforced - Stam
Pauldrons - v14 - Seducer - Reinforced - Magicka
Gauntlets - v13 - Footman - Divines - Magicka
Greaves - v14 - Seducer - Reinforced - Magicka
Mace - v14 - Hist Bark - Defending - Disease
Shield - v14 - Hist Bark - Reinforced - Stam
Resto - v14 - Seducer - Infused - Absorb Magicka
Necklace - v13 - Footman - Reduce spell cost
Ring 1 - v14 - Footman - Reduce spell cost
Ring 2 - v14 - Footman - Reduce spell cost

All armor/weapons/jewelry/enchants purple.
Mage mundus stone.
v10 trifood.
Attributes: 0 Magicka/(can't remember, but what isn't put into Stam goes here) Health/20 Stam.
Dunmer.
Werewolf.
All DK, s&b, resto, heavy, soul magic, fighters guild, undaunted (only have 1 unlocked atm), and racial passives.

s&b bar: Gdb, Absorb Magic, Choking Talons, Hardened Armor, Pierce Armor, Corrosive Armor ult.
Resto bar: Gdb, Extended Chains, Caltrops, Mutagen/Inner Fire (note: I keep this at its base skill so it stays Magicka), Igneous Shield, Standard of Might ult.

If you still struggle to survive with this, exchange Engulfing Flames with green dragon blood. For me, this works perfectly for Solo.

Get 5xSeducer, rest whatever and you are good to go.
