The shorter version of this is that I would like to propose additional elements to considered as it relates to crafting and expand the options available to players. Now, I don't know how many of these may require unreasonable amounts of programming, item placement, database management, etc. I'm hoping the lower hanging fruits will be implemented, perhaps a little lore bending if need be and blame giving credit to Sheograth for it, and have the other things considered.
Crown Store
* Racial motif bundle (bound)
* Individual rare motif purchases such as Primal, Barbaric, etc. (bound) and associated style stones
* Dwemer motif bundle (Bound) and associated style stones
* Individual unique motif purchases such as Yokudan, Aetherial, etc. (bound) and associated style stones
Enchanting
* Add an essence rune (Makri?) that can create a weapon glyph of spell damage for 5 seconds or a weapon glyph to reduce target's spell damage for 5 seconds
* Add an essence rune (Makteri?) that can create a weapon glyph that produces a potent damage shield vs. spells for 5 seconds or a weapon glyph to reduce target's spell resistance for 5 seconds
Weapon Traits
* If Weighted's attack speed is going away, please consider having Weighted reduce stamina and magicka cost of weapon abilities
Alchemy
* Introduce a third plant that has the Increase Armor property (e.g. Bleeding Crown, a mushroom found in caves or Tundra Cotton)
* Introduce a third plant that has the Increase Spell Resist property (e.g. Bleeding Crown)
* Introduce a third plant that has the Speed property
* Introduce a third plant that has the Detection property
* Would love for a fourth plant that offers Increase Weapon Damage without Ravage Health or Ravage Stamina properties
* Would love for a fourth plant that offers Increase Spell Damage without Ravage Health or Ravage Magicka properties
Woodworking
* Poison and disease staves (may make destruction staff tool tips longer)
Crafting Writs
* Unique enchanting essence runes on award - e.g. weapon glyph that deals shock damage and has absorb magicka, weapon glyph that increases weapon damage and has absorb stamina
Provisioning
* Would love for recipes that may provide max stat and max recovery for a single resource (e.g. max magicka and magicka recovery item, max health and health recovery item, max stamina and stamina recovery item)
Crafted Sets
* Adjustment request to Twice-Born Star - please allow the second Mundus to be stored by the game when switching gear sets (or allow selection of any visited Mundus via UI)
* Allow a magicka set similar to Hunding's Rage: e.g. 2 item bonus Spell Critical, 3 item bonus Max Magicka, 4 item bonus Spell Critical, 5 item bonus to Spell Damage
* Allow a craftable stamina set similar of the Seducer: e.g. 5 item bonus reduce the Stamina cost of abilities by 8%
* Modifications to existing sets to be considered upon community feedback
Crafting, Double-Edged Feature
* Allow players to modify the trait on a weapon, armor, or accessory perhaps via an excessive amount of trait stones OR consider re-itemization of existing VR10+ gear with less popular traits (e.g. Exploration)
* Allow players to modify the motif on a weapon or armor, perhaps via an excessive amount of motif stones
