Passives do not stack now?

as intended? i didnt see any additional DMG at the character screen when i UP bosmer passive

or its calculated not at the character screen, but to the each attack done?

stealth is not even really useful anymore its like they removed the crit multiplier from attackin through stealth its better to just do a regular hide and then jump at them

regular hide and stealth are the same afaik
