The guild UI changes are annoying

This notifications that guild message of the day and guild home page changes is so annoying. Is there anyway that i can switch off those notifications

Maybe someone has designed an addon for this. I haven't been on in awhile since b4 wednesday but there was one made for other notifications to be stopped so it is possible.

Yep. We need a way to disable this thing together with notifications about trials, etc. It is not really annoying, but I would prefer to disable this notification system.

I still keep guild message changes on but you can turn them off with this.

Although, if you are going to disable the guild MOTD notifications, please try to actually check your guild's MOTD every once in awhile Some guilds don't send out mass spam emails all the time, so the MOTD is their way of letting you know things. (Coming from a guildleader of a PvX casual social guild)

I haven't gotten any trial notifications.

And while I actually like the notifications that a MotD has changed, it would be nice if you could dismiss them on an account basis.

But it tells me again when I log on to a new character... And I have 7.

The add-on "No, thank you" fixes most of this, but not the guild message notification - yet:

This notification setting should be a part of game settings, even a small android app have this kind of settings, depending upon a third party addon to turn off notification is not a good idea. And its true that getting notification of guild MoTD is good. But once we read that it should go away. But every time i login to another charcater its there, blinking, thats wat so annoying
