    Yes. You can. If you want actual confirmation - I mailed a set of armour to a friend who returned Monday after the patch allowed him back in with no subbed time left last night. It arrived just fine.

    Only difference I've found between people with a subscription and people without is that if you have any kind of buff tracker add-on installed and you target someone with a subscription you can see the bonus XP buff.

    Oh and they're slightly more likely to have the crown store mounts and pets.
