Dyeing Costumes Possible..?

Hello, im just returning back and I saw that they have costumes now to buy and wear. I was able to get the jester Costume, however I noticed I cant seem to Dye my Costume different colors... Some say it can not be done as of yet, however, I have seen multiple players with the jester costume in different colors, I.E: Red, White, Black, and Brown, Gold, and black... Is there something I am missing by chance..?
