I submitted my credit card info and was given an error that my billing information was incorrect and to please try again. I re-entered my info and got the same error. I decided to log onto my bank to verify the info and there were now two charges for the game appearing yet I received only errors on ESO's end and of course no download or game access. What a great start for ESO's new marketing push to get new customers.
Has anyone else had similar issues? What is the general response time by the support staff?
