Remembered my user id from the last time I played. My subscription ended and I'm returning for the free model. Purposely changed my password just to be sure and it's still not working.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Well...no. Your login information is most likely incorrect. You have to use your UserID and password. Make sure you don't have changed your keyboard layout or something

same problem here submitted support ticket 9 hours ago still no reply and it kind of sucks u cant even check the progress of tickets

we're not alone and the information has been sent through. I think we should be expecting a fix. Nothing we can do for now.
