Ele Drain Question

Just wondering if ele drain returns magicka to just the caster or to the entire group's magicka pool. The tool tip indicates "the attacker" but I'm just not sure. Any ideas would be helpful, thx in advance

Wisler89✭✭✭I tested it with a guild mate and I got magicka back when he cast it on the enemy. Crushing Shock (I guess Force Pulse too) still trigger it three times per cast.Eclaire Farron, V16 Sorc
