Why Can't I Turn!!!!?

I am having this issue where the screen will lag and momentarily freeze whenever I rotate my camera while moving. I have hardly any lag issue when travelling in a straight line, or when looking around but standing still. This only occurs while moving and turning the camera and occurs frequently.

If anyone has any advice to resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated as it makes the game unplayable.

Hmm... How much memory do you have in your PC?

Then i dont know.. It sounded like at first it might have been bottoming out of memory and when you turned the new things it looked at where having to be loaded in afresh.. but if you can look around without moving fine i don't know.

GPU drivers upto date? I only ask as that's bound to be a question someone asks...

Yes I have been keeping them up to date. I also have tried lowering my graphics settings almost to the minimal, however changing the graphics seems to have little effect on this issue.

I have also given it high priority when running, opened up the application as Admin, none seem to resolve the issue.

Well it seems to really only happen around the undaunted pledge area. Even other populated areas don't produce the same effect. I guess I can make do with just one small area being annoying and everything else smooth.

But if anyone has any ideas/solutions still please post them, thanks.
