Where/When are the XP-Booster-Potions?

I have some crowns to trow out the window... and i want to buy big.
Was this only a whisper in my ear, or are they for real?
When are they coming? Why arent they already here?
I know, you are still figuring out some stuff (like: Better xp-gain besides Tamriel Unlimited passive xp boost. Like better xp for dungeons...).
But there are some guys with over 150 CP... i am already 200 hours behind my champion-pace!
PS; This is not a Yay or Ney thread about interinsic ethical values of capitalized progression support.

✭Don't worry there will be XP boosts in the Crown Store soon enough. ZoS has to put them in there for the "convenience" of not wanted to stab yourself to see color after mindless hours of gaining piddly amounts of XP to attempt to advance through the drudgery that is Veteran Ranks.0
