DK currently due to decent class-based stam DoTs (Unstable & Flames). Templars look like they're in second followed by Nightblades and Sorcs dead last.

Though the fight between NB and Templars could be close, I'm sure nightblades will take the second spot. Though not many people are pushing the limits of Templar stam DPS currently.
